Dear Raachel,
The most famous group of halakhot which adopted the view of Bet Shammai as opposed to the view of Bet Hillel are the 18 rulings mentioned in the Mishnah, tractate Shabbat, chapter 1, mishnahs 3-4. Note, however, that the Mishnah does not include a full list of these 18 rulings. Some of them are discussed in the Babylonian Talmud, Shabbat, fol. 13b-17b (for an almost full English translation of the Talmud online, see
http://www.come-and-hear.com/talmud/index.html). A full list of the 18 rulings in question appears in the Jerusalem Talmud, Shabbat, chapter 3, halakhah 4 (online text of the Jerusalem Talmud is available only in the
original Hebrew and Aramaic at http://www.mechon-mamre.org/b/r/r0.htm), and
in the commentary on the Mishnah (Shabbat 1:4) by Rabbi Obadiah of Bertinoro.
In fact, there are also some additional cases where halakhic rulings were made in accordance with the view of Bet Shammai as opposed to the view of Bet Hillel. Six such cases are listed by the Tosafot commentary to the Babylonian Talmud, Sukkah, fol. 3a, s.v. de-'amar.
